ramudu Posted January 5, 2023 Report Posted January 5, 2023 For guys who is looking to get revalidation, you can still apply h4 and ead and once you get h1 approvals go to Mexico/Canada border to get h4 i94. Once you done that , send new i94 to USCIS so they will update h4 with new i94 and process your ead. Make sure you have less than 1 month on h4 , otherwise some cbp don't give new i94 Quote

Sambavami yugeyuge Posted January 7, 2023 Report Posted January 7, 2023 I’m in this situation currently. Applied eecH1 last month and just upgraded to premium. Wife I94 expiring in a month. H4 and ead extension was already applied. I didn’t realize for ead extension, i94 should not expire. any pointers on what the options are?
