1) To spend  35k per month on charity looks like your main concern.
2) But what you said about finding children to support was bewildering.
3) Your idea is noble but to start from scratch and worry about it would be abysmal.
4) Try to focus on the present children who are in established organizations.
5) Already there are so many organizations which need help desperately if you really are intrested i can give you enough details about organizations like that .
