priority date current - when in india

PD is 2017 ..adi ippatlo current ayyetu ledu... estimate is showing 2030. if move to india now then can I come back to USA in 2030? if yes what is the process?

Get a job in vomerica or find an employer who can transfer your current h1b… then file I140+485 capturing old PD

once it becomes current you need to have same employer file for 485  ( as 140 is companys property) else you need to file PERM which is one year process

@tables 

But you can go back and come , once you work on 140 for 6 months even employer revokes your 140 you are elgible for h1 renewals trasnfers (you have to go to stamping there will be no i94)

But at time of filing 485 your current employer should file 485 else new 140

If PD current ite u can opt for consular process to process your 485..do u can event request this while filing 140 anukunta..attorney will take care of this

you can opt for consular processing as well without having to come to US to stay here

yes, desi consultancy can do it but you they will ensure you work for them for year at least
