@Bond ====Bonds are not valid in US, but in case if he does make u sign in front of lawyer and stuff it might be legal but between u and employer no such thing like bond. take it easy

please ask for 60k and then you cn go for %age after 6+months.

@Marketing
what they will say is for the marketing guy we'll pay $2 /hr till the end of your project. tht is utter bullshit and please dont fall into traps.

I'm telling you with my personal experience, make sure they pay you on time too.

I had 2 layers and each took $10-$13 each/hr .. i got only peanuts

so be strong.dont be desparate
