To get International Awards you have to do a lot of lobbying and by that I mean for Oscars or Gloden Globes or Sundance or any such International events you need to have as many people of the jury and peers watch your film and get whatever point and rating system is followed, so that people talk and get your films ahead, otherwise its one of the many films that are brought to the screening show and watched by a few people out of which there could be mixed results.

Just for fun a skit was done a long time ago, maybe it will tell about the accent attitudes indirectly as well.
