E scrum masters ni fire chesi dobbali

Instead of firing dev team who contributes to the project. Worked in many projects where all scrum masters role is just to run Standup and torchure developers by asking updates . Read somewhere, we should also mandate that scrum masters to provide their daily updates. Appudu untadi vallaki.fire them I say

imo, the scrum master should be a past dev or architect , pure PM ing is senseless for most projects

Standup can run without scrum master also. Dev and testers can share their updates and blockers

PMs mostly are facilitators or moderators but not contributors

Many teams are already following bro , but if its huge intergration project you need program managers help to synch up all teams, priorities , budgeting cross teams, scrum of scrums etc 

but individual team Jiras , rally tools lo teams are manging without help of scrum master

I don't understand point of having a scrum Master, My view is that its is a glorified Executive assistant role.

Big teams are very rare bro. Regular teams lo scrum master pedda waste.
