Not only that… just by updating rally, jira by dev is not going to solve the problem. Scrum Masters/TPM are also responsible for taking care of being compliant for project and submit proper documentation. Follow org guidelines and process. These things Dev can’t do. And if miss it will lead to external auditing and company will be in risk and will impact their scores. There are many unknown things which Dev / Teaters don’t know the background.. like Thread opener said only Dev / teaters have only that knowledge about Scrum Masters. Still many things SM/TPM responsible. Org and leaders know that how to handle. 
 

So Dev just chill, if you can Takecare of all these along with development go talk to your leaders and take action on SM. 😂

No no our team never has scrum masters 

, we do have program management scrum of scrums

I have seen only one scrum master who was a waste candidate and all she did was paper pushing.. 

All other scrum masters I worked with including the current one are really good.. they know in and out of the application, little technical that they can even read/review the code and test the application and can answer any questions from external teams on the application.. he is basically the front door for the application..

Scrum Master is a full time role only if he is running 4 good Scrum sized teams. Lekapothey waste. 
If everyone of us is collaborating well and following the agile best practices vaadi role yee ledhu
