No need.. they have to get new directors and act in their stories.. these heroes want them to create stories that are similar to their previous hit movies.. there is no novelty there and no challenge there for the actors.. 

heard this quote by rajashekar mamidanna in standup comedy… “Heroes divide and Actors Unite” ani.. so true.. that’s why we watch a kamal or Mohanlal movie bcoz they are good actors and act in different movies all the time.. no one except fans want to watch a Ajith movie or Vijay movie..
