140 approved - H4 EAD

Hello All , 

My 140 approved with previous employer , moved to new employer last year vadu melliga starting GC process some time later this year.
When i am applying H4 EAD my wife , can she be still eligible to get EAD ?

Yes sir 140 can be from old employer no issues for applying h4 ead, 

I am assuming you have worked 6months after 140 is approved ,so even employer withdraws it has no impact

I-140 approved for more than 180 days means you can use that I-140 [even if from previous employer] for H1B extensions and H4EAD.
