Actor Vijay Deverakonda will be joining forces with Gowtam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame for his next. Shepherding the project at the production level would be Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas.

A source close to the development tells us, "The project is an action drama set in a realistic space. It will be raw and rustic with family emotions woven into the narrative. Character-wise, its something which Vijay hasn't played so far, making him excited about the project and his role. It could be a periodic cop drama"

In all likelihood, this project will begin early this summer. Before that, Vijay is looking to complete the pending parts of Kushi, a romantic drama, with Shiva Nirvana. The film had been put on pause mode due to leading lady Samantha's health condition. Production house Mythri Movie Makers is looking to resume the shoot later this month end or early February.
