My context is filing before filing anna , before filing  app with labour you need prevailing wage , recruiting , if the layoffs happen at the time of filing even after pw and recruitment it's waste

better to employed antaru to manintain continuous employment but not as strict as h1b (many people who did not maintained also got gc ), the payroll amount can be less no lca  guidelines

Perm pause aythe definitely there will be spillover because ROW idiots cannot file perm and eat all GC numbers..

There are chances but may be next FY. Anduke cheppa already GC line lo unna vaallaki advantage but a lopu job pokunda unte better whoever. Good chance for 14 15 guys next FY edhe continue ayyithe ROW won't get any jobs kada. E year ki already many pending unnai so anything next FY ne.
