It's rare and diminishing technology at the same time ..insurance banking and few other sectors lo solid ga nadustundi ..some places ppl retired and ppl died working in that technology..companies having hard time replacing ppl..at the same time..lot of places mainframe projects rewrites happening in modern tech..

 

But I agree it's solid hackporof technology ..
