Hmmm … not sure if you have kids . But for me if I don’t have enough sleep next day antha kharab and I might get cranky even for small issue . 
 

So I decided not to substitute sleep with entertainment. We all need “me” time at the end of day but limiting that time is important.

There are many education vlogs, subject teaching vlogs.. lot of studnets self learning through these vlogs..

 

Also lot of USA engineering students watching desi professor teaching lessons from iit , not recorded sessions and practicing topics.

Check videos on nptelhrd . For me pdc and computer organization where tough classes.. I failed computer organization in engineering because of differences with my professor and he failed me atrociously... But now I work mostly on technology related to system engineering and network protocols.
