Recession proof emi kadu...its a Accenture promoted firm. oka 4 years back mid term contract chesina Avanade ki..

bindaas work culture and remote friendly...pay scales kuda competitive ga vuntayi...tried to convert to FT but they were unable to sponsor then for h1. Given a chance, I will go back to Avanade. Surprisingly desi galla pethanam chala takkuva vaa....Although consulting aina, work culture is well mannered. Srini, Ram, Venky, etc lanti pethanalu chala takuva...

Accenture was moving its cloud service accounts to Avanade back then when I used to work, not sure whats the situation now.

All I know is that they pay well than their counterparts at Accenture. It is a consulting company, payscale depends on lot of factors, client engagement etc.
