its not side effect of wfh.. its a side effect of being in comfort zone for too long.. neku oka jolt tagili job pothundemo ani bhayam esthe kani set kaavu.. 

try accepting newer responsibilities or overburden your workload at your workplace

You are not alone bro. Even our(NewZealand) PM resigned from her role citing ‘burn out’ as reason. So many ppl are going thru it. Take a break for 3 weeks, recharge in whatever way you can and comeback

Humans or animals in general are not meant to live in dark or shade. Sun light is very important for body. 

Every day at least oka half hour aina intlo nundi bayataki po. Walk or gym or window shopping or playing with kid outside etc. 

Also never stay alone without social conversation too long too make you feel like a machine. Talk to friends, arrange happy hours or get togethers or play cricket over weekend. 

If you are not married get a dog set aipotav

Yes vitamin D is low . How do you get testosterone tested? ask doctor for something in specific (sex drive feels normal)? ante to ask for testosterone tested something like low sex drive alantidi edo cheppala ani asking.

but i really want to get out of this cycle..few days are terrible..
