clearly mentioned knoooo , USCIS only consider if h1/h4/ead in same package ani , if you apply individually , they work on your case based on their schedule

Depends some companies free , some charge worst credit they will ask some fee the same law firm will file for ead tooo, as we have to send together tappadu

Also ,lets say he are filing H1 , H4 ,H4 ead altogether,  premium processing fee will be only on H1 application? 2 weeks lo all three will be approved?

Yes anna but assuming you k own there will be fee for h4 and h4 ,ead no premium fee for h4 and h4 ead applications. Fee will be there

this is not rule thats how earlier these applications would have been processed , from now in they agreed to adjudicate in the same lines

H4 and ead kalipi applied almost 6 month back. H4 approved in 3 months, but ead still in received state.
