Some decent dutch oven ( cast- aluminium type ) should be good bro

dani kanna marinated chicken konchem saute chesi , rice half cook chesi aluminium tray lo layers ga petti oven lo padytam better than cooking on ceramic stove

i prefer alternate methods like firewood  when cooking with dutch oven ( cast iron )
