So you need do heavy research now and buy a home where you can offset with huge down payment so that the current interest rates do not matter. Db pandits and reventure consulting lanti youtube pandits ni follow chesi you’ve wasted so much time. Past is past bro. It’s gone. Don’t think we will ever see those rates in future. Moving forward just don’t wait for rates to come down by much.. max 5% but prices will come down oka 5-10% Ala ani expecting. Quote

Get a home that is easily rentable in any market (Good School Dist, Near by School, Not more than 2500 SFT, or that yields good rent vs mortgage). Stay in it until the market goes down a little then you can either rent it or flip it to buy a bigger house. Plus, worst case you can take a loan against the equity and invest it elsewhere. Quote

Plus they get 1/3 the size of a house in costal cities for which they end up paying 15-20K property tax. Now you tell me if TX is not a win for these people! Also the higher your salaries go the better you feel as you are escaping the State income tax 1 Quote
