Is job market really bad

Job market for .net ela vundi..mid tier companies lo enka open positions chustunna..are those genuine kada ani doubt ..came across a company that was posting requirements on LinkedIn but truly doesn't have any.. LinkedIn lo post chesina 10 mins ki I saw it has like 20 applications..was thinking all these layoffs are limited to tech and non tech companies that don't pay high tier are still hiring..

LinkedIn chuste easy ga telustundi. On Site jobs ki 20-30 applicants antundi, ade remote ante 200-300 applicants ani untundi.
