Aamphat Posted January 25, 2023 Report Posted January 25, 2023 my parents were here until Nov 21 2022. They came in Mar 2022. before that they've stayed for 1 year with approved extension from feb 2020 to Jan 2021. Will it be a problem if they plan to come back in Feb ? Quote

Wont be a problem entering but depending on the officer, they may get i94 for less than 6 months. Check the i94 date after coming and make sure they leave or apply for extension Quote
