Hyderabad Neopolis - Next future of FD

Lots and lots of new construction residential and commercial buildings are going on in this area. MyHome itself is investing heavily in Neopolis area with a gigantic project called LifeHub. Proposed to be the largest office project in India and one of the largest in Asia by My Home Group.

I heard lot of branded builders already started ground work to build ultra Luxary Residential Appartments as well. Anybody has more insights on this area and what’s the plan going to be in future?

Not just Hyderabad but it will be the most coveted office district in entire south India and may be one of the most happening places of India in 10 years

Other than investing in early apartment offers what else one can do?

I think this area has lot of scope to develop as everything is laid down from ground zero. MyHome already started selling luxury Appartment @9700/sft. Not sure if it’s really worth but MyHome and Prestige ventures sold out 80% on day1 itself without any marketing😱
