with immigration point of view

you can as many w2 as many 1099 bro BUT

make sure you have full employment with the company your filed 485 or the similar role job where you will be able to produce 485j

the other side hustles nee istam 

The above are only in terms of immigration, legal point of view lo it depends some companies you have to disclose the second job, competetor, NDA etc you better deal yourself or legal. no one can say
