Airport and ORR were initiated by CBN.. completed by YSR… Metro initiated by YSR and completed by KCR.. everyone should take the credit not just the one initiated but also the one who funded and completed it..

For shamshabad airport land acquisition was done by chamba but the actual airport was built during congress time 

Chamba had no part in current ORR , the original plan was just a 4 lane road with traffic junctions and totally different alignement.  they actively tried to sabotage it by placing hundreds of PIL but congress was too strong at that time and proceeded with it . Chamba had no part from planning to  land acquisition to construction. Tdp was actually calling it the biggest scam of the state ,"why are building 8 lane road when 4 lane is enough "
