Another one lost 15k in one of the community in celina. Another one is kind of stuck , not willing to lose earnest money , so planning to sell ASAP. Quote

Builder is not willing to cancel contract , so he is waiting to close it and then sell it. Its in a very good school community , it will be sold for sure once its up for sale. Already realtor ki isthunadu to list it. He will try to sell with little to no margin, so at least he will be at breakeven. Quote
