Lokesh repeating same mistakes of CBN ?

CBN was disconnected with the ground reality in last regime and the coterie around him completely blinded the things happening at the roots. No constructive analysis done post 2019 defeat and blames the people for not voting him. Just alliances alone won’t win elections. TDP, TRS, CPI, and CPM formed a Mahakootami but that didn’t translate to enough votes. 
 

Now a Mandal General Secretary is providing honest feedback and Lokesh goes against him. This will discourage anyone else to provide their feedback. Leader should be able to listen , understand, and take measures instead of ignoring and suppressing the voice.
