Affordable housing is nothing but govt gives subsidy to the poor people who can't afford rents...he is concerned about the safety of his family since inside of his house is visible...as I said you earlier it's hard to control crime in lower income areas..this will definitely attract criminals to commit felony..

Low income in the US is definitely questionable compared to low income in India..

Not just them, every rich person tries to pull this. Purchase a home somewhere in hope of having no neighbors. Bay Area lanti areas lo housing crisis unna veellu acres and acres aakramistharu. NYC lo richies ki papam aa scope ledhu. This is all part of a plan called housing element in California. Each city needs to increase the number of homes over a period of 8 years so that there is more affordable housing in Calif.
