it all depends ... like relativity ... 

if and when you are fresh off the boat ... 

you will like cities with lots of indian / telugu folks ... like dallas, nj edison  ... 

after few years .. when u want grow your career and make networking ... u may like tech hubs like bay area or austin ... 

as the time progress ... after 5- 10 years ... when kids are high school range ... u may think to move to states with good university system ... like UC (cali) system ... or boston / mass / east coast ... 

when kids come to working age ... u will think about east coast or west coast 

when it is your retirement age ... u may want to be in a warm state ... TX, CA, FL

when ur kids are married and fixated on their jobs n life ... u may think to be india atleast 3-6 months an year ...

above are depending age ...

but when taxes are a thing like 

u are in the top 1% range ... u may like states with lower taxes ... or small towns ... where u can run the show ... like a village in India....

so it's all relativity

Yes.. roads remind us we are still in 80s and speed limits is torture. 
Aa snow lo baboi It’s unbareable daily packing head till toe and cleaning snow, malla 6 months locked inside home for cold 🥶 no activities.. very demotivating. Depend only on indoors. 6 months AC, 6 months Heaters
