I dont deny this … December till jan 2nd week sellers were unable to sell 3 lots but after Jan 2nd week they sold 15 lots in 6 days thanks to falling mortgage rates…

Still FOMO is there.. I was in shopping from last December and see lot people thinking market again will crazy like 2021(not sure how).. finally I decided to stop searching and extended my apt lease for another year.. rent 2000 mortgage 4000 equation makes me extend my lease finally..🙃
