Yes  , after 60 days , your h1 is not valid , h4 and ead automatically invalid if h1 is not valid

h4 is dependent on h1 kada. if you start living illegally after 60 days , it will apply for h4 too. not receommended.

It's a gray area with some risks involved. grace period lo new employer dorki H1 back to status vachesthe no problem. If not a 2 months illegal work kinda vastundi and might have future issues
