It will be utter flop. Anni AI AI ani saava10nguthe repu human dependency will be zero. And AI intelligence meeda humans depend avvalsivasthundhi.

1st scenario: main meeting notes not more than 5-10 action items. AI will bring lot of junk action items to clean up the valid notes all participants have to read the output and agree final version.

2nd scenario: simple meeting recording is enough for right action item for respective team member to action.

3rd scenario: if it’s KT recording is more useful than this AI notes. Ofcourse we already have translators or Speech recognition feature in many office apps.

4th scenario: Language dependency is a challenge. First they will force everyone to use only English even though it’s not sustainable use. Many South American countries saath care English. They are more native prone countries to bring that flavor to work culture.

5th scenario: Think of no. Of meetings in a day. It will create more redundancy in discussing same topic multiple times to resolve the issues. Best example War room discussions for Release & launch.

We have many such scenarios to think off.

To begin with this feature will be very helpful when people can’t join meetings due to conflicts and they only need to understand gist of the discussion.

coming to non English…. It’s fine even if they don’t care. Eventually they will be onboard once they get traction in English.

Share recording.. our brains already trained to summarize at the end of meeting… that bit is enough.

OpenAI powered Teams will translate Telugu to English and generates text. It also evaluate the meeting minutes and gives score based on the facts people discussed.

AI does continuous Learning & Improvement, language is not a barrier, the more new information you feed, the more you are training it to develop new models and make it learn.
