Help needed to choose the best university

My niece got admitted to 3 universities for the Fall 2023..

1.University of Missouri Kansas-City (UMKC) with a scholarship of 8k

2. Geroge Mason University 

3. Wright University - 10K scholarship

Admission to TWO more universities yet to come.

Could you help choose the best of the above 3 and why?

Thanks in advance for all the efforts and time.

All are same tier… so go with the one that is ending up less costly after finding and scholarship.

George Mason if money is not an issue. I believe the univ fees and living expenses might be on the higher end though. Proximity to DC and Virginia-based companies is an added advantage.
