TN visa process Enti ? And any good reliable contacts?

TN is same like h1 or any other benefits?

AFAIAK TN no quota bro , employer need not sponser just a letter is enough no LCA etc dependent

Only drawback I see is its not dual intent visa, not sure employer can sponser a 140,485 for TN visa

TN Visa for Canada Citizens is very easy. Mana telugu mestri will give a letter regarding job duties and position. Aa letter and nee details like degree certificate etc teesukuni Canada/US border ki ellu. Akkada CBP will process and give it on spot. 

Mestri ki cheppu since you are not sponsoring anything start with 90-10. Okka sari ikkada IT market alavatu aiyte you will figure out rates and contracts.

No 6 year limit like H1B. 3 yrs ki first istaru at border, after those 3 years you can either extend by sending application to USCIS or malli border ki elli CBP to same process.

Maa office lo pakistani born canadian citizen unde, he told me about this. He was on TN for 8 years but uppudu vala daughter college ki vastundi ani GC apply chesadu. He got GC last year in 6 months because place of birth pakistan. 

But appudu cheppadu, TN to GC careful ga undali because its not dual intent like H1. So first 3 years ki TN renew chesi appudu GC ki apply chesadu. Okka sari I-485 file cheste inka TN radu anta.

Got it so you can still file 485 /140 ? but manaki waste anukunta better be in CAnda citizen and keep extending TN visa

Place of Birth India ante anni ways lo bokka. Even if you get Canada/Aus/UK citizenship it will not help. Just that Canada citizens ki TN and Aus Citizen ki E-3 visa untundi. Basic ga vatiki quota undadu and H1 antha scrutiny/checking undadu.
