Nadusthunnay bro ..  even in apex , one of colleagues said he  negotiated for 30k price down plus some closing costs ..

I live in a community  where lndians are only 20%, probably not a right fit ..

If your budget is over 700k try friendship station , linden in apex it you want 2600 plus sqft 

In Holly again , Honeycutt farms and there are lot many . Check with realtor .negotiate around 650k

I don't like fuquay, been there only 2-3 times , not sure which community is good.

My idea of good community is not a big house but less car dependent and good parks nearby. Fitness centers around ,groceries walkable .
