You could try a few different angles, like running your pic through a social media image search if you want to see whether any lookalikes pop up elsewhere online. The FamilySearch link you shared works decently, though it’s more genealogy focused. I couldn’t find the doppleganger site either, so maybe it’s down for good. If you find a working link, drop it in the thread so everyone can try it too.
