Dallas lo more opportunities but lot lot lot more nepotism compared to other cities. Anni positions telisina vala ke istaru. Very hard to get without any contacts. 

Nenu cheppedi FT positions ki, inka contracting aiyte marchi povali. For eg. JC Penney IT dept in dallas lo husband undi wife ki, Bavamaridi ki, Bavamaridi wife ki FT positions set chesadu.

 With layoffs and hybrid work, no one wants to go back to where they came from.

They instead are looking for jobs in this area.
