ఏపీ రాజధాని అంశంపై సుప్రీంకోర్టులో విచారణ ఈ నెల 23కి వాయిదా పడింది. రాష్ట్ర సర్కారుకు రాజధానిని నిర్ణయించుకునే అధికారం లేదంటూ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు 2022లో ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుపై వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వం సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించడం తెలిసిందే. అటు, హైకోర్టు తీర్పును బలపరుస్తూ అమరావతి రైతులు కూడా సుప్రీంలో పిటిషన్లు వేశారు. 

ఈ పిటిషన్లపై గత కొంతకాలంగా విచారణ కొనసాగుతోంది. ఇవాళ సుప్రీం కోర్టులో ఏపీ రాజధాని అంశంపై జస్టిస్ నాగరత్న, జస్టిస్ కేఎం జోసెఫ్ ధర్మాసనం విచారణ చేపట్టింది. పిటిషన్లపై విచారణను వేగవంతం చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ న్యాయవాది సుప్రీంకోర్టును కోరారు. అందుకు, అమరావతి రైతులు, ఇతర ప్రతివాదుల న్యాయవాదులు అభ్యంతరం చెప్పారు.

రైతులు, ఇతర ప్రతివాదులకు కోర్టు నోటీసులు అందింది జనవరి 27న అని వారి తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు వెల్లడించారు. బదులివ్వడానికి రెండు వారాల సమయం కావాలని కోర్టుకు విన్నవించారు. వాదనలు విన్నపిమ్మట సుప్రీంకోర్టు ద్విసభ్య ధర్మాసనం  ఫిబ్రవరి 23 లోపు ప్రతివాదులు కౌంటర్లు సమర్పించాలని, ప్రభుత్వం కూడా ఆ లోపు వివరణాత్మక సమాధనం ఇవ్వాలని ఆదేశించింది.

What happened in high court?

jagga is on bail for almost a decade. Cm ayyadu. Hc chethilo enno mottikayal. Hc judgements ni dustin lo padesthunnadu. Aina vaadi bail cancel cheyyadam ledhu.

 

i hope someday someone will sue hc/sc for there carelessness
