USB C Universal Docking station suggestion

Can you recommend any universal docking station for dual monitor  you are using (budget <$250)
having mixed review online for most docking stations

I have been using this for 2-3 years now. Works amazing and never had issues. It is around $85.

What all ports do you need? I bought something for $40 a few days ago ( I needed DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA and off course USBs) and it is working fine.

Universal answer is "depends on your setup". Let me help you with what is working for me.

I have ThinkPad laptop from work. I use ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock. 
The key is - quality cables with high speed thunderbolt transfers. I use 2 chargers : one for the dock which powers the monitors and one for laptop. 
Look for docks on ebay - they are much cheaper there than brand new. 

Anker ila kontunte keep in mind their throughput is not always enough for regular monitors and laptops. Wattage and speed check chesukuni konukko.

Hearing Thunderbolt docking stations and not sure what is the Key difference between thunderbolt and USB C
