Okka home sign chesanu ninna and i am supposed to provide an intial cheque for deposit tomorrow. Incase if i want to back out will there be any consequences as i signed contract . Have something that came up which might not allow me to go ahead . I still didnt pay anything to the builder . Vadu emaina legal ga velthada if i backout now ?

every contract is different. and you signed it . So my initial guess is you need to pay them or find a way to get out of contract.

Contact attorney first oka $500 bokka but assuming your initial deposit is in 10s of thousands its worth it.

its better to pay if not they can proceed legally against you.

Few states will have a 3 day back out policy, you can come out of the contract with in 3 days after you signed it . Check your state laws

You are fasaked no way to skip just pay and buy

Until its signed by both seller and buyer, the contract is not considered as effective. 

Since you signed yesterday, may be builder did not do his part yet?

So ask your agent or attorney to pull it back quoting some corrections. Pretend as if you have identified some mistakes in your last name etc.
