Current H1 Job Dicey - Bros need advice

I'm on H1 - Current job is dicey

Have one job offer and the second one is still in interview process going on.

2nd job is a preferred choice.

My question is, what are the repercussions if 2 h1 transfer petitions end up with USCIS almost the same time or within the gap of a few weeks?

Uscis should not have any issues only once u decide which ever company u will join just file i9 with them also safe side join only after h1b transfer approval.

Usually no issues.. but to be safe Ask them to do premium.. don’t send the documents for one job while you wait for the other one to be approved…
