very bad suggestion...any tier 2 city you take...its not the same city as it is 20 years back....doesn't matter who is in gov...Ex: Ongole is the fastest growing city in the state since past 20 years...but no one talks about it ..

Vijaywada land rates is richer next to hyd in Telugu states some places lo, we have one villa there we only use now for relatives and guest house
