edi joke kaadu...maa frend okadiki US lo vundea ammayi sambandam vachindi...ammayi ekkada US lo h1 visa status lo job chestundi..itea aa ammayini mrg chesukuntea veedu dependent gaa ravachaa...ea visa apply cheyyali...

and vaadi doubt entantea..ekkadiki vachaaka edanna business start cheyyalanukuntunnadu,,..like grocery store....

so vaadu alaa business cheyyalantea kudurutundaa...assalu verea country nundi US ki vachi business cheyyalantea em visa vundaali.....aaa USCIS website koddiga confuse ga vuntaadi mama naaku...so koddiga telistea cheppandi...

Both are same..    asalu diff ledu... alaa H1B nee short cut loo manoluu H1 antaruu antheyy  sHa_high5ing

He should Apply for H4 ( dependent )  to come here..

Vadu Grocery store loo work chesthanikaytheyyy H4 work out aypothundhee ( as long as, they pay amount in Cash.. ) But not a good Idea.

Mee vadu ekkadikee vachinaakaa H1 apply chesi.. job try cheymanuu..
