Andhra also getting multiple expressways , Bengaluru -vijaywada , Chennai-surat , chennai-chittoorbegnaluru , etc 

Stats govt doens't have money for land acquisition , so more will delayed

Acquiring land itself very tough in India maastaru. You can’t expect exits and ramps like in the US. The uturns will be mostly used for ambulance and law enforcement

What signals you want? Usually it is marked with signs saying it's only for authorized vehicles
