budgetpadbhanabam Posted February 12, 2023 Report Posted February 12, 2023 god job gov abbott, diversity is piece of s..t and companies use this to hire inferior staff for low salaries. hiring should be based on talent and skills not based on color. does it really help a company with people representing diff colors and race with least skills? my company has this policy to make women in leadership and hired less skilled women and paying them equal salaries now they are fighting for promotions and salary increase. Companies and corporations are established to serve people well with high quality and make money and not breading grounds to upskill these inferior quality people and provide salary increments. Quote

If not for diversity, why the phuck any Native American politician will get a ticket in house of representative election. Their population is less than 2% Both parties will offer their ticket to thellas or other racial groups. At the end of the day they both want to win right? Diversity gives voice to minorities. It’s an act of representation. However having a fixed quota of 45 to 50% makes things disastrous. The quantitative obligation gives a gateway to ineligible people. It’s not possible to measure merit. it’s very subjective. For instance, How do you measure merit in fields such as politics. Quote
