hyperbole Posted February 13, 2023 Report Posted February 13, 2023 Nice video, even druv rathee haters might like this video. south governments irrespective of parties worked on welfare schemes levels like mid day meals, fee reimbursement etc (helped with literacy), health care and other basics. I was reading this sometime ago why south India did better with vaccination (esp Telangana and AP), during emergency Indira gandhi denied any help with regards to health to south states and left them on their own but at the same time favoured north states, since then south states formulated their own health policies and especially the asha workers is something unique to Telugu states, with the help of asha workers we were able to achieve better numbers than in the developed nations. The 15th official census in India was calculated in the year 2011 and we don’t have latest numbers and I see the numbers going up. From my personal observation My father was one of the only graduate/gov servants from our village and when I passed out I was the only engineer from my village(from my father to me the progression was little slow) but we have now 5 doctors, many engineers and many got appointed as teachers(in the past 2 decades the progression has been rapid) , now a days it is very difficult to find agriculture labour as people come to the city to work as store clerks, installers, drivers etc. education has been bringing about a sea change 3 Quote
