nobody is able to predict this recession and effect on real estate...specially hot markets like Dallas etc

I say skip summer and then plan...Fall ki we will get know how economy is shaping and where we are heading and its effect on real estate. For sure, winter ki malli koncham slow avthundi (this is normal every winter ki)...so wait few months and then decide in Fall.
