Like desis, If al americans move their shopping to 

-korean/chinese stores for fresh produce 

-costco / sams club for every thing else 

- skip going to neighborhood grocery stores and especially pharmacies 

they'll be saving at least 20%. 

Ofcourse, it'll impact the local economy which will have ripple effect... so, there is a delicate balance between saving money and supporting neighborhood stores.
