You should give 50$ gift card for filling all these details. Almost everything available online.. lot of stupid questions.. go open the mortgage calculator.. how much you save depends on how much you earn.. Apart from what you find online , quarterly  pest inspection is something you should be aware of .. gas and electricity , naaku chala audhi .. but few ppl maintain temperatures and use blankets .. so it differs from p2p

Simple rule bro.. nee total income to 30 to 40% goes to mortgage.. aa rule satisfy ayuthe buy a home… Ledante you need to make adjustments to your life style to pay mortgage and other bills..

And your utilities will double… so you know how much it costs you 

HOA and other maintenance vuntayu..
