Even today all family members come into the eb2 or eb3 numbers to which primary applicant belongs , child protection act is different it saves the h4 kids from aging out

For example kid is born outside usa , once they be become 21 they have to have their own status if gc rakapothe its literally like us using have to go outside f1h1 etc etc

But earlier if the final action date becomes current any time gc rakapoyina and 140 is approved child age is locked , now it xhangsd to filing date which will provide relief to some kids that means at least 2014 end varaki unna vala h4 kiss ate safe from aging out

Once they cross 21 they are no longer consider dependents they have to have their own , it seem some kids came at age of 2 , 3 valaki only us telusu some parents are ignorant they applied gc late and don't know cspa rules etc valani all of sudden they have to move back to home country they don't know anything ala kuppalu stories unayi anta some times people call attorneys and ask
