How naaku ade ardam avadam.ledu meaning 21 older kids will going away from queue ??  That number is very very minute,  also when final action became current those numbers are already going away it's just flipped from final to filing , may be very very few in that delta I guess not sure I am missing anything in our case all the 2014 pd  under h4  kids are safe

true very very few (on paper). kaani mana USCIS gaadu data release chesi saavadu ga. Previously final action date current ite ne thir age get locked for capa..i.e. drop of out from h4 status and get 485 status now with this new law their age lockout is based on filing date which may few years earlier in some cases..depends on next date movement..

 

For example filing date 2015 Feb became current in 2028 Jan..then their age lock for status will happen immediately even final action 2015 Feb becomes current in 2036 ..I am giving extreme example ..may be who knows it might become reality..gc vallaki 2036 vachinda due to this law they will be in status of 485 pending get ead and ap etc..until 2036 from 2028 they will drop of out from h4 status but 485 pending status kicks in..if they age turns above 21 in between that peirod..
