300k ki 1500sft illu kuda ravatledu vunxle .. and max you can rent them for 2k .. that doesnt satisfy 1% 

By the way 12% is not profit in your calculation .. thats just gross

1% rule doesnt work in all scenarios vuncle .. some places its about property appreciation rather than monthly cash flow kada ..
